Santa Monica Protective Association (“SMPA”) respects the privacy of our members and prospective members.
SMPA uses personal information for SMPA-related purposes, including membership communication, membership records, billing, payment processing, patrol-related functions, communication with our contracted patrol provider, and providing SMPA-related services. SMPA does not share personal information except as reasonably necessary for those purposes or as required by law.
SMPA does not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Payment-related information may be handled by our payment processors, merchant services providers, banks, or related payment service providers for dues, refunds, and related membership transactions.

Refund Policy:
Terminated memberships may be refunded the remaining balance of dues, prorated by the number of full quarters remaining in the membership term.
